By Jack, the Count of Malverzanija
Count Dracula
This is a W.Allen’s short story about Count Dracula, representing him in the same way we know him at the beginning but in a little strange way for us at the end of the story. He is described as a real vampire, living in his castle at the top of one of Transilvania’s hills, sleeping in his coffin during the day, hiding from the daylight and waiting for his moments of pleasure after midnight… And all those usual activities until one special day for the Count(not so specialJ).
So, like any other common day lying in his coffin, the Count felt the smell of the darkness all around him. He succeed to arrange his plans promptly and was already on his way of realizing them. He was planning to pay a call to the Baker and his wife imagining them as easy and unsuspecting prey. As he was thinking of them prowling through the forest in less than a second he was already in front of their frontdoor.
Politely invited, he enyojed their company preparing for his succulent meal but suddenly the miracle happened. He realized that he made a mistake because there was total eclipse outside not a real night as he thought. There was no other choice for him exept to hide in the closet.
The baker and his wife were trying to make him get out of the closet but it was all in vain. He was stuck deeply behind the closet’s door hoping and expecting for a miracle to happen. Unexpectedly the Mayor and his wife came at dinner also, and they heard the silly story about the Count , the Mayor tried to open the door and the miracle really happened. The Cuont turned into a scelleton and a pile of ash and perished in front of everyone’s eyes…
However this was the funniest story about Count Dracula’s perishing I have ever heard J
