Angel's Summary

WOODY’S COUNT DRACULA

Very interesting story. Typical for Woody Allen. He shows us the funny side of Count Dracula. At the beginning he describes Count Dracula like a man who lives in a satin lined chamber, sleeps in a coffin, wakes up only when the sun goes down, eager for blood, and all the things that we’ve known before. Until that part everything is usual.
But Woody Allen wouldn’t be Woody Allen if he didn’t make something unexpected, something that nobody things of, but on the other hand everybody will laugh till dying.
The way how he describes unusual Dracula situation is unique. The idea that Dracula is waking up at noon because of eclipse of the sun is brilliant.
Later he shows us how he is stuck in his ‘’dinner’’ house, so confused when he realized that dark is product of the Sun.
The idea that Dracula was hiding in stead of people who supposed to be his dinner is very interesting and funny at the same time.
At the end because of his gluttony for blood, he finished as a pile of ash front of human eyes.
Usually horror stories never end, but only in those which are written by Woody Allen.
